Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the list, just not yet.

What shipping costs

Free shipping on any order with a combined cart total over $75.

Under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

When your order ships

Everything is printed to order, which means nothing is sitting on a shelf waiting to be boxed. Your order gets made after you place it.

Production takes 2 to 5 business days. During busy stretches, when everyone decides at once that they need new pickleball shirts, it can run a little longer. We'll keep you posted if it does.

When it arrives

Once it ships, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you are.

Total time from order to doorstep is usually 5 to 12 business days.

Tracking

Tracking information lands in your inbox as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't shown up within a day of your shipping confirmation, check your spam folder, then email us.

Delays

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is with the carrier, it's out of our hands. Weather, holidays, and the general chaos of shipping logistics can all add days.

If your package looks genuinely stuck, email help@smashingapparel.com with your order number and we'll chase down what we can.

Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is in production we can't change it, and packages sent to an incorrect address that get returned to us may be subject to reshipping costs.
